1. How to get the best viewing experience?

When you cancel, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing cycle. To check the closure date, go to the “Subscription Details” section on your Account page. Even after canceling, you’ll still have access to our services until the end of the current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, make sure to cancel by 11:59 p.m. on the day before your next scheduled billing date.

You can access our content quickly in a few ways: First, log in to your account in advance—this skips the login step when you visit later.
